As a general rule of thumb, one page on the Web is equal to one or two printed pages. The maximum size of your web site, including text and graphics, is 50KB.

Webs2go will announce your web site to the top three search engines. Also, if you want your web site to include META TAGS, you type the text in whatever word processor or editor you like to use, save it to a text file on a disk or put it into an E-mail, and send it to us.
Why the catches?
The reason we can offer such a low cost web site is that we are taking care of the technical part of the transaction while you take care of the administrative part of the transaction.

One Page Web Site...
The first catch is that these programs are for ONE PAGE web sites hosted on our web site for one year. (Multiple page web sites are available under our Full Service option.) Your web site address would be "www.webs2go.com/yourname". As a general rule of thumb, one page on the Web is equal to one or two printed pages. The maximum size of your web site, including text and graphics, is 50KB.
On-Line Already...
The second catch is that it will help you a lot if you are already on-line with an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
That is, you already have an account with someone like VERIO ISP, America OnLine, Microsoft, Compuserve, Prodigy, Netcom, AT&T, or a local company that you use to connect to the internet.
The reason that it will help you is that you are already set up to receive e-mail.
If you do not already have an ISP account, then you can:
Subscribe to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for about $10-$30 per month and get e-mail (and also you’ll be able to surf the Web!)
Subscribe to a free e-mail service, such a JUNO (You need to have a computer and a modem in order to do this, but no ISP is required).
Get a web site without e-mail.

The third catch is that the info that you want published on your web site has to be submitted to us via e-mail or on diskette.
Text
You type the text in MS Word or WordPerfect or whatever word processor or editor you like to use, save it to a text file on a disk or put it into an email, and send it to us.
If you do not have a computer or the ability to put your text on a disk or an email, then you can have a friend type the text and put it onto a disk. Or, you can pay us (webs2go) more money to type the text.
Graphics
$25 STARTER KIT WEB SITE: You have to supply a file for any graphic images (logos, etc.) that you want displayed. They have to be in GIF or JPG format and already sized to fit on your web site and sent either on a disk or via email.
$100 BASIC WEB SITE: You can supply a business card or company letterhead that has the graphic images (logos, etc.) that you want displayed and then we will scan the image and size it to display it on your web site. Or, we will provide public domain clip art that you can display on your web site.

(META TAGS, such as META Descriptions and META Keywords, are hidden from the viewer by special codes but are used by the search engines when they categorize your site.)
